Please read the policy carefully before raising a request. By placing an order with Precioussly, you agree to the terms below.

  1. 7-Day Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the refund will be completed within 7 days.
  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video: Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and condition of the product while opening it. This is required to process returns/refunds.

Eligible Cases

Not Eligible: Returns/refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size/fit, or color preference are not accepted.

How to Raise a Request

Within 7 days of delivery, email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video (or a shareable link to it).
